Our latest acquisition in partnership with Claridge Inc. and Groupe HD Immobilier is the land at 4988 Place de la Savane in Montreal's Côte-des-Neiges district.

Close to the de la Savane metro station, a large park, various shops and transportation routes, this lot offers the potential for a hundred or so condo units.
